Privacy across every iCrazyLab game

This policy explains how iCrazyLab handles information when you use our games and related services on Android, iOS, and other supported platforms.

Effective September 1, 2026Publisher: iCrazyLab

One policy for the iCrazyLab game portfolio. A game-specific notice, when shown, supplements this policy for that title.

At a glance

Built for play, with privacy choices

01

Play without a profile

Most iCrazyLab games do not require an iCrazyLab account to play.

02

Local-first progress

When a game stores progress locally, it remains on your device unless platform backup is enabled.

03

Consent-aware services

Ads and analytics depend on the game, your region, device settings, and the choices available to you.

01

Overview

iCrazyLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes mobile games and related experiences (together, the “Games”). This Privacy Policy describes the information our Games may handle, why it is used, the services that help us operate the Games, and the controls available to you.

Scope matters. The exact data and features depend on the Game, your device, your region, and your privacy choices. If a Game provides an additional privacy notice, that notice supplements this policy and controls for that Game where it is more specific.
02

Information we handle

Depending on the Game and the services it uses, the following categories of information may be involved.

Game data on your device

Progress, scores, unlocked content, tutorial state, preferences, settings, and ad-frequency state may be stored locally so the Game can resume your experience.

App interactions and diagnostics

A Game may process gameplay events, app interactions, crash or performance data, device type, operating system, app version, language, and coarse technical information.

Advertising and device information

Games with advertising may process IP address, app and device information, advertising or app-instance identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from signals such as IP address.

Information you choose to share

If you email us, we receive your address and the content you send. If a Game opens the system share sheet, you choose the destination and what to share.

03

How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide, save, restore, and personalize gameplay;
  • deliver operational configuration and content;
  • measure performance, diagnose errors, and improve our Games;
  • serve, personalize where permitted, limit, measure, and protect advertising;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
  • respond when you contact us; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
04

Sharing and third-party services

We do not directly sell personal information for money. Some Games use service providers such as Google to provide advertising, consent management, analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. These providers may process information under their own terms and policies, consistent with your available choices and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect players or the public, or as part of a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

05

Advertising and consent

Your choices come first

Games that use ads may show app-open, interstitial, banner, native, or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are voluntary and provide the benefit described in the Game only after the reward is earned.

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for your privacy choices before advertising or related services use data for relevant purposes. Depending on your region and selection, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. When a Game exposes Privacy Options, you can revisit available choices from its settings.

On iOS, a Game may use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or permitting tracking as defined by Apple. Choosing not to allow tracking does not block core gameplay or a properly completed rewarded-ad benefit. You can review ATT permission later in iOS Settings.

Some U.S. privacy laws use broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, the privacy choices presented in the Game let you opt out of processing covered by those definitions.

06

Storage and retention

Local Game data generally remains on your device until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall it, subject to platform backup behavior. Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, keep appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties.

Service providers retain data according to the relevant product configuration and their policies. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

07

Your choices and rights

  • Use a Game’s Privacy Options or consent entry when it is available in your region.
  • On iOS, review tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use the platform’s privacy and advertising controls.
  • Clear app data or uninstall a Game to remove data stored only on that device, subject to platform backups.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another right available under local law. We may need information to verify and process your request.
08

Children's privacy

Unless a Game and its store listing expressly state otherwise, our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children below the minimum age required for independent consent in their location. We do not knowingly ask children to provide us with personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

09

International transfers and security

Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards apply. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Games, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide additional notice where required.
